Refunds and Return
A contract is formed when your order is shipped and not before.
Your order is accepted when your payment has cleared.Please e-mail us with any concerns about your purchase within 24 hours of receipt. This is essential if you wish to return it.
Returns must be received within 7 calendar days from receipt of
Goods (This applies to overseas purchases as well as UK)
Made to order costumes, mascots, wigs, hats and face masks are non refundable for any reason due to hygiene even if not worn. This includes costumes and costume kits which include any of the above items.
We are unable to refund multiples of the same item so please, if you are unsure about the item, order one first to try before ordering the same item in multiples
Non faulty goods not on the above list may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. We ask that they be returned unworn and care is taken on opening the original package.
If you wish to return your purchase please e-mail us first within 24 hours of receipt of goods to obtain a returns reference number and full returns address. This applies to overseas customers as well as UK. We are unable to exchange or refund if this is not done.
It is recommended that you use a traceable method of return for your own peace of mind. The cost of this will not be funded by us.
Please note that we do not accept any items back that have been worn and we have a strict and rigorous testing method.
